Instituto Moreira Salles is a non-profit Brazilian cultural institution dedicated to the conservation, organization and dissemination of its collections in the areas of Photography, Music, Literature and Iconography. For the installation of the air conditioning, ventilation and exhaustion system, an indirect expansion system with a total capacity of 300 TR was implemented.

MUSEU DE ARTE MODERNA – RJ
For the retrofit of the air conditioning system of the Museum of Modern Art, located in Rio de Janeiro, an indirect expansion system was installed, with a total capacity of 600 TR, with new units producing cold water and using fan-coil conditioners. , with temperature and relative humidity control for the environments: Film Technical Reserve (1) and (2), Painting Technical Reserve (2), Library, Exhibition Rooms, Museology and Collections.

ESTÁDIO CORINTHIANS
Arena Corinthians, located in the East Zone of São Paulo, has unique architecture and a modern air-conditioning system in all public areas. The chilled water plant has high efficiency centrifugal units with a total capacity of 2,700 TR. All environments have a smoke extraction system to comply with current regulations. The lawn has a chilled water system for cooling and temperature control. The entire complex has an integrated automation system.

FUNDAÇÃO IBERÊ CAMARGO
The Iberê Camargo Foundation, designed by Arq. Portuguese Álvaro Siza, brings together the most current in the design and construction of museums, as well as in their air conditioning. In the project, the most modern techniques were used, involving thermal storage with ice, energy saving cycles, radiant ceiling and cold wall systems, insufflation through the floor in the auditorium and high precision microprocessed conditioning units in the Collection and Library Areas.

TEATRO MUNICIPAL – SP
Heating & Cooling was the company responsible for installing the new air conditioning system that modernized the magnificent building of the Municipal Theater of São Paulo, providing the necessary thermal comfort for a perfect appreciation of the presentations in the historic building.
