We have been serving the industrial, commercial and residential markets since 1974,
achieving a prominent position in the engineering,
service and maintenance segments.

The company has a qualified engineering team to design, install
and manage its customers' systems, in addition to providing
maintenance services preventive, predictive and corrective, guaranteeing, together with the after-sales,
excellence in delivery of all its services. Due to its excellent performance, the company
was the first in the industry to receive ISO certification in 1998.

In 2008, Heating & Cooling started a new cycle, incorporating
to its portfolio activities in the sectors of electromechanical installations,
automation, detection and fire fighting.

    Heating & Cooling starts its activities, basically working in the maintenance of air conditioning systems.

  2. 1979

    Starts to work in the area of design, installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

  3. 1986

    Starts its operations in Rio de Janeiro.

  4. 1988

    Inauguration of its own headquarters.

  5. 1998

    Heating & Cooling is the first company in the HVAC sector in Brazil to achieve ISO 9001 certification.

  1. 2005

    Starts activities in the Oil and Gas segment.

  2. 2008

    Starts activities in the Facilities segment.

  3. 2012 A 2016

    Heating & Cooling is contracted to execute the largest air conditioning installations in Brazil.

  4. 2017

    In order to meet new demands, Heating & Cooling consolidates its management system by implementing a new ERP, integrating all its areas of operation.

  5. 2018 A 2021

    Construction and inauguration of the largest scientific project under development in Brazil, Sirius. One of the largest particle accelerators in Brazil and in the world.
