COMPLEXO HOSPITALAR AMERICAS MEDICAL CITY – RJ
The Américas Medical City Complex, located in Rio de Janeiro, includes two Hospitals, with a total of 494 beds, 16 surgical centers and 11 Day Hospital beds. The chosen air conditioning system is efficient and modern, with a 2,200 TR chilled water plant with centrifugal coolers, modular air conditioners for the operating room areas and filtering lining. For the other installations, energy input at 13.8Kv, SPDA and grounding system, cold water network, sanitary sewage network, hot water network, gas network, rainwater network, fire fighting, medical gases and other special installations, as well as a complete building supervision and automation system.

HOSPITAL SANTA CATARINA – SP
Heating & Cooling actively participated in the modernization process of Hospital Santa Catarina, located in São Paulo-SP, marking its presence with the retrofit of the hospitalization blocks, the new energy center, with a thermal capacity of 620 TR; automation system utilities and kitchen ventilation renovation.

HOSPITAL ALEMÃO OSWALDO CRUZ – S
Heating & Cooling was responsible for installing the air conditioning system at the Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, reaching a capacity of 225 Ton, serving the following areas: Auditorium, Library, Blood Bank, MRI, Boiler, Lithotrity, ER, Radiotherapy, Beds, Canteen and Sterilization.
