HOTEL HILTON – SP

The Hilton São Paulo Morumbi, located in the new business center (in the region of Av. Eng. Luis Carlos Berrini – São Paulo), has 28 floors, 485 apartments and approximately 2,000 m² of convention area.

The air conditioning system that serves the Project has a total capacity of 1090 TR, uses centrifugal-type cooling units with high energy performance.

For the apartments, fancolete units equipped with tangential fans were selected, ensuring a very low noise level with maximum comfort.

UNIQUE HOTEL – SP

The system designed and installed at Hotel Unique is of the indirect expansion type, which uses air conditioning fed by a cold water infrastructure, installed at ground level, making a total of 360 tons. The treatment units are installed on top of the roof, supplying treated air through a system of vertical metallic ducts mounted on shafts.

Each apartment unit is equipped with tangential fans, ensuring air circulation, low noise and maximum comfort.

HOTEL GRAND HYATT – SP

Located in the Av. Luiz Carlos Berrini, in São Paulo-SP, the Grand Hyatt São Paulo has an air conditioning system compatible with the requirements of the renowned North American hotel chain. With an installed thermal capacity of 1,200 TR, the system serves the entire complex, including the nearly 500 apartments, Convention Area, Restaurants, Lobby, Common Areas, Swimming Pool and Health Club.

HOTEL RENAISSANCE – SP

At the Renaissance São Paulo Hotel, located at Al. Santos – São Paulo-SP, an air conditioning system was installed that uses a chilled water central equipped with thermoaccumulation, which is still responsible for preheating water for consumption in the hotel, through a heat-recovery system, installed in the ethylene glycol + water solution cooling units, making a total installed capacity of 800 TR.

Hotel Sheraton SP

The Hotel Sheraton, located in São Paulo-SP, is equipped with an air conditioning system with a thermal capacity of 2,200 TR, with coolers and centrifuge-type water and thermal storage by ice.

RADISSON MONTEVIDEO VICTORIA PLAZA HOTEL

Located in Uruguay, the Radisson Hotel has an air conditioning system compatible with Uruguayan technical requirements. With an installed thermal capacity of 1,500 TR, the system serves the entire complex, including Apartments, Convention Area, Restaurants, Lobby and Common Areas.
