The Ford Taubaté Plant, in Taubaté – SP, was recently modernized to meet the company’s new technologies, and Heating & Cooling was responsible for the new installation of the air conditioning system, consisting of four chilled water plants that totaled 2555 TR to serve the manufacturing area.

BOTICÁRIO CAMAÇARI
The Boticário Factory located in Camaçari has 17 buildings, including production and administrative areas. The air conditioning system is mixed with direct and indirect expansion system and industrial ventilation systems for some buildings.
The chilled water plant has 2,400 TR with a chilled water thermoaccumulation system to service the process areas.
The Boticário has, close to the factory, in São Gonçalo, the Distribution Center to meet the demand in the Northeast. The air conditioning system that serves you has a capacity of 700 TR with a dedicated system and 24-hour operation.

BRIDGESTONE FIRESTONE CAMAÇARI
The Bridgestone Firestone Industrial Complex, located in the Camaçari Industrial Complex-BA, was built in an area of more than 1 million m².
Its current production capacity reaches 8,000 units/day, with a final objective of 24,000 units/day. The more than 60,000 m² of industrial area were heated through an indirect expansion system, totaling 4,000 TR, while the Administrative Buildings and Auxiliary Offices to the Manufacturing Unit complete a total of 540 TR in indirect expansion systems.

KRAFT FOODS – PE
With investments of more than R$ 100 million, the Kraft Foods plant, in Vitória de Santo Antão – PE, produces powdered beverages and chocolates. This is the company’s latest investment in the North-Northeast of Brazil with the aim of further accelerating growth in these two important Brazilian regions.
The industrial complex has an administrative and production area. The facilities include the cooling system with ice water, reuse and sewage water systems, fire fighting system, textile ducts, lighting, data system and CFTV.

MBB JUIZ DE FORA
The Mercedez Benz Factory, in Juiz de Fora – MG, underwent a retrofit of the installations in the Assembly Building, where new internal temperature standards were established.
The systems installed were for ventilation with cabinets, complete adaptation of lighting, sockets, infrastructure and feeder cables for various circuits, atmospheric protection system and adaptation of the generator.

PEUGEOT CITRÖEN – RJ
Located in Porto Real-RJ, the Peugeot Citroën Industrial Production Center has air conditioning systems that have an installed thermal capacity close to 5000 TR.
The system that serves the Hardware, Assembly, Painting, Administration and Maintenance Areas is equipped with a 3000 TR chilled water production plant.
The Production Buildings have a direct expansion system, using roof-top conditioning units, with a total capacity of approximately 2000 TR.
