Heating & Cooling is present at Shopping Center Iguatemi São Paulo, working on the implementation of the building’s first central air system, as well as on its successive expansions, adding up to 1,350 TR of thermal capacity.

SHOPPING METROPOLITANO – RJ
Shopping Metropolitano’s 3,040 TR air conditioning system is a mix of direct and indirect expansion systems. Mall areas use fan-coil type air conditioners, with chilled water cooling, and satellite stores are supplied with cooling water from the condensing water system.

SHOPPING CIDADE SÃO PAULO E EDIFÍCIO TORRE MATARAZZO
The Torre Matarazzo Development, located at Av. Paulista, in São Paulo, consists of a shopping mall on the lower floor and an office building on the upper floor. The air conditioning system has approximately 3,000 TR in dedicated chilled water plants, with independent distribution per block. The development has 7 basements (garages), 7 shopping center floors and 16 office floors.

SHOPPING CENTER IGUATEMI ALPHAVILLE
The air conditioning system installed at Shopping Iguatemi Alphaville is of the indirect expansion type, using cold water with intermediate fluid, with high efficiency cooling units and a total capacity of 1,600 TR. The electric power supply system is of the underground selective primary type, operating at 34.5 kV.
